He is an Associate Professor III of the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ), Brazil. He obtained Ph.D. in Sciences (Ecotoxicology) from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), Brazil, M.Sc. in Integrated Management Systems (Environment, Quality, Health, and Safety at Work) from the Laboratory of Technology, Business Management and Environment and MBA in Quality Engineering from Federal Fluminense University (UFF), Brazil. He has Degree in Business Administration and Biological Sciences. He is a Coordinator of the Multidisciplinary Waste Management Laboratory (LMGR/IFRJ), working with environmental impact assessment via aquatic, terrestrial, and plant organisms, waste management, and biomaterials synthesis, and Co-advisor of the Postgraduate Program in Polymer Science and Technology at the Eloisa Mano Institute of Macromolecules of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Brazil. He is Southeast Regional President of the 1st Brazilian Conference on Experimental Planning and Data Analysis (ConBraPA-2020) and Member of the Organizing Committee and Scientific Committee of the 2nd Brazilian Conference on Experimental Planning and Data Analysis (ConBraPA-2022). His research area includes Ecotoxicology; Waste Management; Environmental Impact; Biomaterials; and Data Analysis.
